Candidates, retained after an initial telephone interview, meet the consultant individually.
The purpose of this meeting is to evaluate the professional and personal abilities of the candidate, to check his or her level of expertise, analyse personal motivation and gain an idea of success potential at the required level of responsibility.
We present an appraisal package to our clients which comprises a CV and an interview report which includes comments on the candidate's background and career (complementary to the information provided in the CV), personality analysis and also our opinion about how the candidate fits the position in question.
